Spend a Sunday afternoon with The Paper Airplane Guy.  Explore science using the fun and wonder of paper airplanes. Learn a wide variety of aerodynamic principles, demonstrated and explained using paper airplanes. Program includes an interactive instructional demonstration of hands-on paper airplane making.  Best for grades 4 and older.  Enjoy a King of Pops popsicle in the DC-7 courtyard following the program.

About the Presenter

John Collins designed the world record breaking paper airplane and held the Guinness Book World Record title for 10 years.  He has presented at renowned locations like Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum, Hiller Aviation and Space Museum, Exploratorium, Carnegie Mellon, Harvard’s Graduate School of Design, and TedX.  He wrote and hosted “The Magic of Flight” a WebXR project that won three Poly Awards in 2022
